Steps Plus, Inc. is a precast concrete manufacturer with three divisions:

1) Architectural Precast Concrete and Cast Stone Division: With two buildings on 4 acres, Steps Plus is one of the largest trim manufacturers in the Northeast. Our modern facilities allow us to manufacture a large volume of custom products such as window sills & heads, wall coping, arches, watertable band, date stones, cornices, signs, and other miscellaneous building trim quickly and accurately. Most products are made with custom pigmented concrete. These products are generally installed by mason contractors. While our typical market area covers all of New York (excluding NYC), northern Pennsylvania, and western Massachusetts, we have completed a number of projects in Boston and some as far away as North Carolina and Puerto Rico. Steps Plus is an APA (Architectural Precast Association) Certified Plant. In order to make the most durable product possible, we use only the wet-cast method of production.

2) Step & Railing Division: We manufacture and install precast concrete steps and ornamental iron railings for residential homes within a 25 mile radius of Syracuse, New York. We also have dealers in other areas. Steps are available in stucco, stone, and brick finishes. We install these products for home owners, contractors, and home builders and have been doing so since 1967. We also manufacture and install custom precast concrete sidewalks, patios and ramps.
